Visitors to the DTI's Price Watch site were greeted with the usual popup message of PrivateX, with the message "Pr1vX 4nDBl4ckr41n."
Clicking on the "ok" button would lead to another popup box with the message, "Corruption, lack of education, and lack of opportunity.""
